Hi 🤍 Welcome to The Brow & Lash Co. My name is Ashley! I’m a 2X Certified Lash Artist, Licensed Esthetician & Certified Brow Artist. I’ve been licensed & in the beauty industry for 9 years. I absolutely love what I do! I specialize in everything eyebrows & lashes. What you need to know: • I am located inside of Electric Studios. Private suite 1. Address: 16545 Oak Park Ave. Tinley Park, IL 60477 • There is a waiting room inside of the studio if you arrive early. If the suite door is closed, an appointment is in session. If I am running late for any reason, I will reach out to you before your appointment time. • Parking is free and there is a parking lot attached to the studio. • Please arrive on time to your appointment. Any time after 10 minutes is an automatic no show & your card will be charged 100% of the total service amount. You may then reschedule your appointment. I understand things happen, but please be mindful as I am usually very booked and can not fit everyone in in a timely manner if you are running late. • No guests/children allowed during the appointment. I do share my suite with another artist where we will be working at the same time on certain days. Please reach out to me before hand with any questions regarding children. - PAYMENTS: • Zelle • Cash • Card (there is a 3% processing fee for all credit/debit cards) For all cash payments, please bring the exact total amount. Cancellation Policy
You must cancel/reschedule your appointment atleast 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failing to do so will result in a 50% charge to the card on file.
No call/No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the entire service amount.
Each client has a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled & your card will be charged 100% of the total service amount. Please be on time 🤍
If the card on file declines, you will be banned from booking & must contact me directly for payment before being able to rebook your appointment.
